7. Whether bank accepts instructions by mail, fax or phone;
8. Whether computer records are held in-house and offshore;
9. Reasonable bank charges;
10. Degree of documentation required in the opening procedures; and
11. Whether the bank offers a comprehensive “All-in-One” banking service.

Personal Bank Accounts

There is an increasing need, in the course of trading for example, for the individual to transfer funds from the company account into his private account as payment for consultancy and/or other related services conducted on behalf of the company. In most instances, this personal account will be located offshore, as well.
